The kiddos have been having fun hanging out together in enclosed spaces. I guess maybe it’s time to set up a fort… The important thing to note about these pictures is that Hannah got into that bathtub all by herself. She got out of it herself too… I suspect she will be climbing out of her crib, perhaps even before she is walking?

Both kiddos had “fins” this past Saturday.

I’m so excited that I can finally play with her hair!!!

It snowed a few inches yesterday and the snowfall couldn’t be more beautiful. Big fluffy shiny flakes with a pretty mild temperature. Hannah, Colin and I had a play date with a neighbor so we went for a walk in it.

He really did do this spontaneously. It all started with him climbing up on the stepping stool and “giving a speech” to mommy & daddy and then we turned the lights off to oogle our newly decorated Christmas Tree when he “introduced it” to us… I’ll admit we had him do it again after we grabbed the camera, but it was substantively the same as when he just randomly did it the first time. Silly kid.

We also had a company holiday party at Tavern on the Green [left pic] this weekend which was fun… But not as much fun as Colin had that morning riding the New Jersey Transit train (a.k.a. the “daddy train”) into the city to watch a screening of The Tale of Despereaux. First big-train train ride and first in-theatre movie for Colin. Plus the holiday party. Plus buying and decorating the Christmas Tree [right pic] after watching Watoto at church. He was exhausted and went to sleep so easily tonight. We loved it!

In the past week Hannah has gotten really good at waving and saying hi. I’m trying to catch her on video. In the past few days she has also figured out clapping.
