Colin is spending the week at vacation bible school. They are doing Group’s Crocodile Dock program. Colin has been having a great time with the
teachers and students. He loves the songs, has done some cool crafts and lots of dancing. At the end of every day they all gather and sing and dance and then the kids are invited to come up and tell everyone about when they have seen God. As I went to pick Colin up today I noticed he was in line to tell his experience, I was so excited to be able to hear it. He gets to the microphone and says “My mommy wouldn’t let me play games so I was going to give her a time out.” The pastor asked where god was and he said “I don’t know.” This story comes from this morning when he wanted to play with my iPhone and I wouldn’t let him and after several requests threatened a time out. Guess it made an impression on him…
