Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
We are fighting our food comas right now—successfully enough to get these pictures from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade posted. We had a great time with some friends up on the 28th floor of our building (Hi Wendy & Joe!) watching the parade and sharing a great Thanksgiving meal.
The weather was great this morning for the parade (60s), but is very nearly freezing now (high 30s). Thank goodness! If it had been too windy they would not have been able to fly the balloons for the parade. And who wants to watch a bunch of marching bands and small little floats?
I’m not labeling the pictures since I think these folks are pretty self-explanatory…

What a treat, not only for you but now for us. Those green people under Kermit — were they *all* holding Kermit from flying away? I enjoyed our Thanksgiving gathering and now a piece of yours, too.

Even NBC didn’t have close views from above like that. — Gave me a better idea of what the balloons really look like.

Hey, you weren’t kidding when you said you had a blog! Anyway, glad you enjoyed the parade and the food; want some more turkey?

Very cool. We can’t wait to see the SpongeBob movie…we kind of had a non-event Turkey day this year. It was the only time that we could go down to the beach to finish our Scuba certification…the water was a very lovely 29 celsius. Thanksgiving, going diving…it’s a tough life…
