Lunching Out-of-Doors

Colin is quite posh. He likes to take his weekend lunches outside at area cafés.

This past weekend was actually a lot of fun. Mom and dad went to the Hoboken Public Library—which is located in a very interesting old historic building—to get our library cards. We were also there for the “family entertainment” they have the first Saturday of every month; this month is was Lickerish the clown. I was actually pretty surprised at how attentive Colin was throughout the whole show. I’m guessing it was the bright colors of the clown’s hair and clothing. (But still, that level of attention in a not-quite-6-month-old can only indicate genius.) Anyway, afterwards we went across the park to an outdoor restaurant and enjoyed the beautiful weather we were having while we indulged Colin’s preference to “lunch” outside.

I believe that I am seeing a resemblance to Colin’s big 5 year old cousin Dylan. David Smeigh, what do you think? Look at the fancy footwear.

 We’ll have to wait to see if he constantly injures himself and has an extra tooth.

I can’t think of brilliant comments, but I’m just looking at these pictures and smiling.
